•Muscle Strain – One of the most common causes of lower back pain is muscle strain. This is caused due to stressful injury to the lower back part of your body. And when your back is stressed out, it causes your ligaments, tendons and tissues to tear. And when they tear, it is responsible for that unbearable ache in your lower back.
•Age – As we grow old, our bone elasticity and tone tend to decrease. This usually takes place during the age of 30 to 50. Calcium deficiency and muscle weakening are factors responsible for lower back pain in women.
•Osteoarthritis, smoking and obesity are just few of the most common factors responsible for lower back pain in most people. Improper sleep and bad body postures are also responsible.
•Scoliosis - This is a condition wherein which a person's spine curves from side to side. It is an abnormal spinal development which causes occasional but severe lower back pain in a person affected with the above mentioned condition.
